Alrighty then, you like to get dirty a bit!  Welcome to the ADV routes page.  This one is more of a work in progress and we will be adding more content as the routes can be ridden and verified.  Gates close, Forestry Service gets wild burrs and wildfires so we will be a bit more diligent.  We have also classified these a bit differently to match the various styles of terrain and route.  Have fun out there!

A fixture of Tellico is the awesome drive-in roadside/creekside diner.  Stop and enjoy the rushing water, awesome food and great location!


*Alternate dining can be found in Tellico Plains less than a mile past the Drive-in should you want something other than this choice.  Try Tellico Grains Bakery, Peach Street Grill or La Loteria.  Route can be re-joined easily from downtown Tellico.

This route is virtually entirely in North Carolina with lots of elevation gain (27,000 feet total).  You will be exploring the ancient Nantahala National Forest along the many forest service and small (barely) paved single lanes.  There is also a very healthy dose of  technical paved sections including some of  our ole reliables on Wolf Mountain.
